What materials will be used, and can you match what is already there?
For most masonry repairs, we will try to match what is already there to the best of our ability. We will use the appropriate type of mortar and technique based on the material that your job calls for.

Is clean-up included with the repair?
We usually include the price of clean-up in our quote; however, you will have the option to opt out if you so desire. In most cases, it’ll be easier and cheaper for you to have us to clean up before we leave.

How long will it take to complete a typical chimney masonry repair?
Most chimney masonry repairs, even for multiple chimneys, can usually be completed in less than one week. The longest part of the process is the time it takes for the mortar to cure, which can take up to 6 hours (more if the cracks are wider). If you have multiple chimneys it’ll take about 30 minutes to an hour longer per each additional chimney, based on distance between each and the amount of repairs requires to each one, the curing time will generally be the same.
